Santa!

So I could tell you all how our Santa visit went, but they say a picture is worth a thousand words...

Busy Bees

We are:

• Renovating our kitchen
• Preparing for the arrival of the two wee ones
• Getting ready for Christmas
• Working, working, working
• Trying to rest/eat/keep baby twins healthy (so far, so good, babies look healthy)

So that's why no blogging is happening!

Quick Charlie update:

• He is talking constantly, I would say about 40% of it is decipherable, the rest is crazy jabber
• He knows he is going to sit on Santa's lap Saturday, and he is going to smile and ask for "trucks!" - we'll see how this pans out in reality
• He is practicing a song for the preschool Christmas program, we are so excited for his debut!
• He is singing the alphabet (ok maybe he chimes in on 10 or so letters randomly)
• He is making this crazy scrunched up face when we say "smile" - surely it will make an appearance with Santa
• He is spending his days over at his Gram's house while our kitchen is torn apart - Deuce the cat is not thrilled - so huge thanks to Linda and Deuce for letting us take over the kitchen, and really the rest of the house, while ours is under construction
• He is looking adorable, despite the fact that he is so wild he keeps managing to bruise his sweet face!
